Who we are

My Bath Solutions is the trading name of My Bath Solutions Corp, a bathroom renovation company operating in Calgary, Alberta and the surrounding area. You can reach us at (587) 891-8943 or info@mybathsolutions.ca. Our privacy contact is the owner, reachable at the email address below.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and complete your work:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and service address.
• Project details — what you told us about your bathroom, photos you send us, and measurements we take at the estimate.
• Transaction records — quotes, approvals, invoices and payment records. We do not store full credit card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
• Website data — our web host keeps standard server logs (page requested, rough location, device type). We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking software on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, book a measure and prepare a quote.
• To schedule and carry out your installation, and to honour the warranty afterwards.
• To send you documents — quotes, invoices, appointment confirmations.
• To meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.

Text messages and your mobile number

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead generators or lead brokers.

If you opt in, we use your mobile number to text you about your estimate, your appointment and your installation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or your work — we will simply call or email instead.

Text message consent is collected separately and is never a condition of purchase. Full terms are on our Messaging Terms page.

Who else sees your information

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and only for that purpose:

• Bizzlor — our quoting and job management software, which holds your contact details, quote and job record.
• Twilio — our messaging provider, which transmits the text messages we send you.
• Stripe — if you choose to pay by card, Stripe processes that payment. We never see or store your full card number. We also accept cheque and e-transfer, which involve no card processor at all.
• GoDaddy — hosts our email, and Netlify — hosts this website.

We also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to foreign courts and authorities. Specifically: Netlify, Stripe, Twilio and GoDaddy all store or process data in the United States, and the servers behind Bizzlor are also US-based.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for the life of the 20-year warranty, plus the period Canadian tax law requires — we cannot honour a transferable 20-year warranty without the record of the job. Enquiries that never became jobs are deleted after 12 months.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable physical, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. This website is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, Canada's PIPEDA, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits — note that withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete work or honour a warranty claim.
• Complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta if you are not satisfied.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and nothing that follows you to other sites. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
